Note - your dog does not have to
exhibit ALL of these behaviors to be
hyperactive.

Welcome! If your dog is hyperactive, Sessions with Cesar has an Individual Lesson that can specifically address your dog’s issue. Sessions with Cesar starts with Cesar’s 3 Fundamental Lessons for all course members. These lessons establish and reaffirm the critical groundwork - teaching Cesar’s core concepts of Exercise, Discipline, and Affection with important information about how to become a Pack Leader, master the walk, understand energies and develop a balanced lifestyle and environment with your dog.

Understanding these elements, Cesar believes you will then have the right context, terms and framework, and you and your dog are ready to progress to the Hyperactivity Individual Lesson. Cesar will help you understand hyperactivity in a dog, what can cause it, and give you advice as to how to deal with it.

Hyperactivity is actually often mistaken for a dog’s spirit or personality, but is not a natural state of mind. Pent up energy in a dog can lead to frustration and can often result in attention-seeking behavior. A common reason for hyperactivity is that a dog is not getting enough exercise, which means that he or she does not have an outlet to release such pent up energy.
