Cesar’s easy-to-use, interactive course begins with Cesar’s 3 Fundamental Lessons. These lessons teach Cesar’s core concepts of Exercise, Discipline, and Affection. As you progress through the lessons, you will enhance your ability to assess and strengthen the relationship with your dog. Here is some more information on what each Fundamental Lesson will cover:

paw In this first lesson, you will learn the basics of dog psychology and be introduced to Cesar’s Fulfillment Formula: Exercise, Discipline and Affection. You will begin by focusing on Rituals, Exercise, and Mastering the Walk. Click here to view a sample worksheet.

paw Next, you will learn to recognize "innate energy levels" and "energy as language." You will also focus on understanding and attaining the calm-assertive energy of a pack leader and the second part of the Fulfillment Formula: Discipline.

paw And finally, you will learn in this lesson about how to bond with your canine companion and share your balanced dog with others. You will also learn the proper times to give Affection, the final part of Cesar’s Fulfillment Formula.
